Auto-Renewal
Your membership auto-renews monthly on recurring classes. Your auto-renew date will be the anniversary of your start date.
Cancellation
The Little Yellow Building requires 30-day advance notice of cancellation. If you need to cancel mid-billing cycle, we will prorate your next month’s bill 25% for each class not within the 30-day notice.
Withdrawal
Members who wish to withdraw from a class or camp must notify The Little Yellow Building staff at least 14 days prior to the start date to receive a full refund.
Freezes
Members may freeze their recurring class subscription for a maximum period of 3 months. In order to reserve their seat, members must select their restart date and pay for their returning month’s class at the time of the freeze notification.
Attendance
If you are going to be absent, you can schedule a makeup class as described below. If you stop attending completely, this does not constitute cancellation of your membership and you will be billed according to your auto-renew date. To cancel, you must adhere to the cancellation procedure specified above.
Makeup Classes
Students are encouraged to attend their weekly class consistently. Students may attend 1 makeup class every 60 days.
Holidays & Inclement Weather
The Little Yellow Building will inform students and members of class cancellations via e-mail, text or phone call.
The Little Yellow Building is closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Property
The Little Yellow Building is not responsible for artwork after it has been completed, except in instances when artwork is displayed in a gallery exhibition and insurance coverage is in place. The Little Yellow Building is not responsible for other property left on the premises and has no liability if such property is lost, stolen, or damaged. We are not responsible for any digital artwork or images left on the computers in the digital studio.
Safety & Behavior
Please inform The Little Yellow Building of any allergies, physical or dietary limitations, and/or concerns that may relate to you or your child(ren). It is the responsibility of the member or the child’s parent/guardian to inform The Little Yellow Building of any allergies (e.g. peanuts) that would be of concern. The Little Yellow Building is not held responsible for any bodily injuries or damages sustained as a result of participating in any class. The Little Yellow Building reserves the right to dismiss any student for inappropriate behavior.
COVID-19
While we take every precaution to keep your child safe from COVID-19, we cannot promise or guarantee that the coronavirus or any other pathogen will not enter class or camp.
Photographs & Videos
The Little Yellow Building staff take photographs and videos for use on internal and external marketing tools (e.g. website, social media, promotional materials, etc.). By signing below, you are authorizing The Little Yellow Building to utilize yours and/or your child(ren)s likeness in any photography or video that we capture.
