This is the very first step, and it's quick!

Please complete this essential form for each new student.

Until this is submitted, other features like payment and login setup will be locked.

2. Secure Your Spot: Tuition & Deposit

This $50 deposit secures your child’s seat in class and will be applied toward their first month’s tuition. Space is limited, and we require this deposit to hold your spot.

Please note: This deposit is nonrefundable. If your plans change, just let us know — we’ll do our best to work with you.

What Your Dashboards Give You

After you've completed your payment, you'll create your login, which opens up access to your personalized dashboards. This is where you'll find everything you need to stay connected and on track!

Your Student Dashboard is a dynamic hub where you'll access past lessons, videos, worksheets, your Skill-Tree badge tracker, Fun Corner games, and studio library requests.

For parents, your Parent Dashboard provides a convenient control panel, offering access to the class calendar and closures, real-time tuition status with a pay link, and snapshots of your child's progress along with at-home resources.

3. Create Your Username & Password

Next, create your username and password. This opens the Student or Parent Dashboard where you'll see lessons, activity hubs, progress badges, and the class calendar any time.

Create your free Parent Access account using the same email you just provided. Unlock your personalized dashboard. Soon you will have class updates, resources, and everything you need.

Once you've logged in, poke around your dashboard to see where everything is. Things will constantly be changing, so check back often.

What to Expect on Day One

We want your first day to be seamless and inspiring!

Arrival & Class Start: Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before class. If everyone is present, we kick off class at 3:30. If someone is absent, we wait to begin the lesson at 3:35, giving everyone 5 minutes after the start to get here.
Heads Up! If you're going to be late or won't make it to class, please notify us so we can start on time and plan accordingly.
Dress Code: Wear clothes that can get painty! Creativity can be messy, and we encourage exploration.
Pickup: We have clear pickup rules to ensure everyone's safety.

Bring Nothing but a Good Attitude!

We supply all other art materials—seriously, everything.

We provide your sketchbook for use in class, and it stays here week to week so it's always ready for you. If you prefer to bring your own sketchbook back and forth from home, you're welcome to use it until it starts being forgotten. At that point, we'll switch to using our studio sketchbook here, and your personal one can be used for practice at home. If you're looking for suggestions for personal sketchbooks or other supplies, we can recommend options from places like Blick.com or Walmart.

Key Policies in 60 Seconds

Here are a few important policies, quick and clear:

The 10/10 Rule: Arrive no more than 10 minutes early, and no more than 10 minutes late without prior notification. For every two incidents without warning, a $10 fee will be charged.
Absence: You can always make up missed classes using Yellow Hours.
Late Pickup: Please shoot us a text so we can keep your little one informed.
Deposit: Please remember, your deposit is non-refundable and applies to your first month’s tuition. Let us know your tuition payment preference, and we will make sure it is set up for you.
